Skilled, Friendly & Caring. My previous dentist couldn't do the work I needed as they were constantly going through staff and onboarding new dentists which meant I wasn't getting the dental care I needed. I was recommended to The Dentists and I couln't be more happy! Alistair got in and fixed the issues the other dentists couldn't, was clear in his communication and instilled great confidence. Hey orchestrated a solution that saved me a bunch of money and allowed me to keep my tooth so it was an incredible win. Chris and the reception team there are incredibly friendly and thoughtful and I really felt the care and attention that was missed with my previous dentist that was part of a chain. It's all 5 stars from me and I've already recommended them to multiple others. All the best.

I can highly recommend this practice. Like many people, I used to struggle with dentist anxiety, but since coming here that’s no longer an issue. Alastair has been fantastic, and the rest of the team are always so friendly and welcoming.

Such a nice calming experience at the dentists Tauranga. The front office were so lovely and welcoming and the Dentists and Hygienist I have seen were all very professional and kind.

Over all the years I have been going to The Dentists practice, I have only ever encountered genuinely friendly and helpful reception staff both in person and via phone, especially the person who takes care of the payments. Alistair, the dentist who see to my dental work is also always friendly and informative. He takes the time to explain and show me on the computer what needs doing or has been done. I wholeheartedly recommend this dental service.

Alastair did a thorough examination and was very professional and Kailey the hygienist was also very professional, gentle, and thorough. I was able to relax and enjoyed the view out the window too 👌 Highly recommend. The reception staff are very helpful too. 👍
